How We Create Compelling Content to Hit Your Target

There is a six-step process we use to develop and execute your measurable, marketing system. Each step focuses on a key component that, in combination, virtually guarantees results.

AIM

We’ll start with an honest Assessment, where I’ll ask the right questions to uncover the truth about where you are today in your business and what you are trying to achieve.

There is no judgement here, but some of these questions may seem a little uncomfortable. In fact, if it doesn't get a little awkward, then chances are I haven't done my job.

I’ll also give you the tools to define your Ideal Customer and exercises to uncover yourMotives, Values and Authentic Voice. These important steps will inform everything that follows.

Relevance

Next we’ll do a little work to map out your Ideal Customer’s mindset relating to your product or service, so we can create content relevant and valuable to them.

Content Planning

Armed with a clear picture of where you are going and what is important to your Ideal Customer, we’ll map out a content plan. I’ll give you the tools I use to fill a calendar for at least 90 days, sometimes up to a year in advance.

At this point, you’ll start to see how and why your website will serve as the home base for your content marketing program. All the work you’ve done at this point will serve you well if there is a need to upgrade or redesign your website.

Hold Their Hand

Remember, the second half of content marketing is “marketing” - after we create the content, we’ll build and execute a plan to promote, or drive traffic, to it. We’ll cover several ways to hold your customers’ hand as they travel trough the sales process.

Examine

A key reason your new content marketing plan will be successful is because it is measurable. You’ll get regular reports so you can keep an eye on key metrics and we can continually adjust and improve.

Retain and Repeat

When you see the real and measurable results that a systematic and targeted content marketing program will give you, you’ll want to repeat the successful campaigns and develop processes to retain your best customers. We can advise you here as well.
