There is a six-step process we use to develop and execute your measurable, marketing system. Each step focuses on a key component that, in combination, virtually guarantees results.


We’ll start with an honest  Assessment, where I’ll ask the right questions to uncover the truth about where you are today in your business and what you are trying to achieve.

There is no judgement here, but some of these questions may seem a little uncomfortable. In fact, if it doesn't get a little awkward, then chances are I haven't done my job.

I’ll also give you the tools to define your Ideal Customer and exercises to uncover your Values, Vision and Authentic Voice. These important steps will inform everything that follows.


Next we’ll do a little work to understand the competition, map out your positioning and understand your Ideal Customer’s mindset relating to your product or service, so we can create content relevant and valuable to them.


Armed with a clear picture of where you are going and what is important to your Ideal Customer, we’ll work with you to map out a content plan. I’ll give you the tools I use to fill a calendar for at least 90 days, sometimes up to a year in advance.

At this point, you’ll start to see how and why your website will serve as the home base for your content marketing program. The good news is, if there is a need to upgrade or redesign your website, all the work you’ve done up to this point will serve you well!
